Flow Control Method

Training, not treatment

Flow Control Method is an education and training program written by someone who lived with premature ejaculation. It is not written by a doctor, it is not a medical treatment, and it does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or care.

See a doctor first if

  • it started suddenly, after a period when everything was fine;
  • you also have trouble getting or keeping an erection;
  • you have pain in the lower abdomen, when urinating or when ejaculating, or urinary symptoms;
  • it began after starting, changing or stopping a medication;
  • you have palpitations, unexplained weight loss or unusual nervousness;
  • it weighs on you to the point of feeling depressed or very anxious.

Erection problems and premature ejaculation sometimes go together, and the American Urological Association recommends dealing with the erection first.

If an exercise causes pain, stop and talk to a doctor.
